Service Providers

This page lists the third-party service providers that HotClays LLC uses to operate the Services described in our Privacy Policy. These providers process personal information on our behalf under contracts that restrict them to acting on our instructions.

| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Cloud infrastructure, including hosting, data storage, authentication, email delivery, and security services. Core data is stored in U.S. regions; edge services such as CDN and firewall operate globally. |
| Stripe, Inc. | Subscription payments and payment collection and processing. Card data is entered at Stripe and is never transmitted to HotClays servers. |
| Apple Inc. | Distribution of the iOS app, iOS in-app subscriptions, and subscription lifecycle notifications. |
| Google LLC — Google Play | Distribution of the Android app, Android in-app subscriptions, and subscription lifecycle notifications. |
| Google Cloud | Cloud infrastructure and AI services. |
| Smartwaiver / WaiverForever / WaiverFile | Electronic waiver tracking when connected by a user. |
We do not currently use advertising networks, behavioral-analytics providers, session-replay vendors, or third-party crash-reporting services.
