Account & Data Deletion

To request deletion of your HotClays account and the personal information associated with it, email support@hotclays.com with “Delete my account” in the subject line.

When we delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your profile, the content you created, and the scorecards you uploaded, except for information we are permitted or required to retain — for example, billing and subscription records, information needed to investigate or prevent fraud or abuse or to defend legal claims, and copies that remain in database backups until those backups are rotated out on our normal schedule.

If you have an active paid subscription through the App Store or Google Play, please cancel it through Apple or Google before requesting deletion — we cannot cancel mobile-app subscriptions on your behalf. See Section 6 of the Terms of Service for details.
